As Co-Owner + Salon Director at Studio 31, Dayna is fueled by the desire to elevate the experience each and every guest has when they enter Studio 31.

Cherishing the interaction and connection with all who walk through the door at Studio 31, Dayna strives to make each guest feel welcome and completely at home. Mentoring and building her staff of highly trained stylists is of the upmost importance to ensure every guest not only has a great experience, but is completely satisfied with their look when they walk out the door.
As a stylist behind the chair, you are sure to love her warm and outgoing personality and when you’re sitting in her chair, it’s clear she is only focused on you. In a world of super connectivity, a real human interaction has become quite a commodity.
Dayna says it’s her job to make guests feel like the world sees them as the stunning creatures they are, and she wants that feeling to last longer than the blow dry.
Educating her guests to find solutions for their everyday challenges and coaching them on how to re-create their look at home is paramount to her.

Dayna loves creating beautiful low maintenance “lived-in” looks when it comes to hair color. If you want that coveted natural, “Born with it” look, Dayna is your girl! She is also the Extension Specialist here at Studio 31. If you want

When she's not in the salon, you can find her spending time with her 2 boys, having movie marathons, or curled up with a good book and her dogs + cats.

Master Stylist
Thinking back on her childhood, Nicki can remember wanting to be nothing other than a hair stylist. This dream has been her driving passion ever since she started her hair journey in 2011 and she says she still continues to fall in love with what she does every day. She would describe herself as an eclectic artist who strives to deliver the right look for each of her guests. Nicki prides herself in listening to each guest and approaching each head of hair differently, considering the natural hair type and personal style.
She believes educating her guests is of utmost importance and wants to ensure she is sending the right tools, products and tips home so that her guests can easily re-create their look themselves.

Having extreme passion for creative coloring and Razor Artistry for short hair, she is constantly staying ahead of the curve by receiving advanced training in these areas
​
With education and drive being in her DNA, she makes continuing education and the education of the 31 team her top priority as Lead Educator for our Team.
She is responsible for training + mentoring our new stylists and making sure she is continuously up to date on all the latest happenings with the industry + with Davines, our hair care and color line.

She just has such an infectious personality and really makes sure to care for you as an individual, not just your hair!

When she's not behind the chair, you can bet she's outside enjoying nature with her family, camping or attending racing events with her 6 kiddos.
Kennedy
Senior Designer
Behind the chair for 5 years now, Paige says having an excitement for education + pushing the envelope on her skills keeps her lit up with passion.

Always eager to learn and develop her craft, her favorite thing about this industry is the ability to make her guests look great and feel more confident about themselves. She loves being able to interact with people, find new ways to enhance their style, and meet their needs.
Paige is our blonding specialist

Paige merges stylish sophistication with youthful vitality to produce new and exciting looks, and regardless of the request, she will work hard to meet
and exceed your expectations each

Her goal is to give each client their dream hair while keeping it strong and healthy.
Paige has a very warm and welcoming personality which makes her guests feel comfortable every step of the way. Her product knowledge enables her to provide, recommend, and administer the finest hair treatments to create and preserve your new look.

When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time at home with family, and being a cat mom to her 2 cats.
In the summertime, you can find her fishing and camping on the weekends.

Kennedy has been practicing her craft with us for 4 years now and is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment as well as unique and vibrant looks for her guests.

Being naturally artistic and creative, she specializes in vivid color, cuts for curly haired guests and fun, funky cuts that allow her guests to express their individuality and stand out from the crowd.
​
Working with people to achieve their individualized style is her passion and she says she strives to showcase the beauty of her guests, both inward and out. Making people look and feel great AND have an awesome time in her chair is what keeps her passionate every day!

She is dedicated to providing her guests with the highest level of service and expertise and is always looking for innovative ways to help them achieve their hair goals.

Kennedy has a very calm, laid back vibe and a welcoming personality which will make her guests feel comfortable every step of the way.

When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Juneau. Spending time playing outside and hiking helps her to stay grounded and inspired. She also enjoys reading and exploring her creative side through art.
Ireland
Studio Designer
Since joining our team a year ago, Ireland has developed an absolute love affair with what she does. Listening to and caring for her guests, and knowing that she's making even a small difference in their lives is so important to her.

Ireland said choosing Studio 31 to continue her career was a no-brainer because of our development program and she wanted to be a part of a purpose driven culture where she could tell we fostered a passion for growth and raising the bar.
​
Ireland is a rockstar at blonding services and loves all things creative coloring. Her upbeat personality will immediately put you at ease and she wants her guests to feel comfortable and listened to. She wants your visit to also be an education on how you can maintain your look and care for your crown at home.
Leaving feeling confident and empowered and with your inner beauty shining through will just be a bonus! When she is not in the salon, you can find her tending to her garden, watering her plants and spending time with her husband and their dogs.​

Olivia
Designer
Olivia is a talented artist who possesses a genuine passion for the hair industry. From a young age, she had a natural affinity for hair and enjoys experimenting with different styles. Education is a driving force behind her career, and she says choosing to pursue her career with us was important because of the constant mentorship + training we provide.
​
Olivia's superpower is her empathy, which stems from her personal experience with social anxiety. She understands the importance of creating a comfortable and safe environment for her clients. Olivia believes your hairstyle is a reflection of your identity and how you want others to perceive you.
She particularly enjoys providing services that result in a natural look, and she has a special love for blowouts.
Outside of work, Olivia is an art lover and enjoys attending art festivals and visiting museums. She also shares her home with two cats and a dog, and she would love to hear about your pets!
Kelsey
Designer
Kelsey is the newest member of our team and is a passionate and highly skilled hairstylist who absolutely adores everything about hair.
Her love for her craft has only grown stronger over the years, and she considers herself incredibly fortunate to be able to do what she loves every day.
She specializes in creating gorgeous looks, with a focus on Lived-In Blondes, Brondes, and cutting techniques. Her attention to detail and artistic vision allows her to create personalized and awe-inspiring styles for each and every one of her clients.
Outside of the salon, she cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones and indulging in creative crafts. She can't wait to show you her exceptional abilities and genuine passion, and promises to make your experience truly extraordinary!
